I’ve been to many waxing studios but this was by far the best one. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted, and it smelled so nice and was clearly clean. The wax room wax well equipped, organized and sanitary. Leslie provided my service, an abdomen wax, and was so informative and professional. I love the product lines they carry too so that’s an extra plus! I look forward to my next visit and thoroughly appreciate the staff for making this experience so great
Just don’t come here . If you do , don’t buy a membership. You need to continue to pay for 30 days (which ends up being two monthly treatments if you cancel after the day you were charged) and then they do not tell you that you need to use your credit within a certain time frame before they take it all. Lost several hundred dollars in credit that I was planning to use for products around the holidays . Go anywhere else . Why would you take away credit , absolutely ridiculous
I recently visited Waxing the City with a close friend, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and physically uncomfortable. The waxing technician appeared inexperienced and rushed through the procedure without properly preparing or supporting the skin—especially in such a sensitive area. I went for the first time and I am overly satisfied!!! Audrey was very hospital and great at her job. There’s private rooms to get waxed, going with my 2 year old was easy, and I am highly surprised by the quality of the wax. I usually get bad irritations and breakouts after a wax anywhere else but I am a day prior to a wax at Waxing The City and I actually have a clearer face than when I walked in !!!! I am very satisfied and will definitely be back !
