Just found out they cancelled my membership without contacting me and used all of my credits that I had on my account in doing so. I did not request this cancellation and find it extremely frustrating that the money I paid now cannot be used for the service I was going to book because they used all of my money for a “membership cancellation”. Let me just start by saying, I’ve been going to this place for a few years now. Even though I don’t stay in Columbia anymore I still drive my hour and so to get good service and my waxer Aisha is wonderful, love her. But on September 6 I had an appointment scheduled at 5:00. I got off work and headed that way and got there at like 4:15. Just to find out that they canceled my appointment THE DAY OF !
