Wax and the City is a solid spot for waxing services. The staff is professional, and the service itself is decent—quick and relatively painless. The space is clean and inviting, which is always a plus. That said, the prices are on the higher side, and for what you get, it feels a bit steep. While the results are good, they don’t necessarily stand out compared to more affordable options. Overall, it’s a reliable place if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for convenience.

I’ve been before and had great experiences but pretty appalled at the staff today, especially being in a customer service industry. I was Four minutes late to my appt (3:15 appt, I walked in between 3:18-3:19)and they told me they’d need to push my appt from 3:15 to 3:45. Four minutes late and pushing the appt by 30 mins is absurd. I asked if they had a cancellation fee and the receptionist replied “Nope!
