I went in for a full facial wax. Booked online. I have PCOS and the grow out process was absolutely terrible so I was very excited to go in for my first ever wax. My sister used to go here but left when her waxer moved practices so I has hopeful. I wish I could recommend Johnna to every woman that gets Brazilians in the whole world. Before I started going to Waxing in the City, I’d nearly decided that waxing was just not the hair removal process for me due to the pain I was experiencing with a waxer at a different business. I had such an amazing experience at Waxing The City for brow waxing and a Brazilian! As someone who is more plus-sized, I was really nervous about being comfortable and judged, but Serenity was incredible! She was so attentive and comforting from the moment I walked in. She immediately put me at ease and assured me I could ask to stop at any time if it got to be too much.
