I was promised twice that owner would respond to my concern of paying for a cancellation when I showed up 30 minutes late for appointment because I forgot the time of appointment but still showed up for the service. Don’t promise a call if it’s not going to be delivered.
Beyond frustrating! I have came 2 times in a row when they say they do walk-ins. Closed both times! I even called yesterday to ensure they accept walk in’s and they told me yes. I said I would be in today for a waxing. I show up at 4:18pm and the doors are locked! They aren’t supposed to close until 6. I live 20 minutes away and this has happened twice. They might as well make their hours “whenever we feel like it”.
I've been going here for years!! Karlie & Terra are the best! I highly recommend them. Not only are they amazing to talk to but they also do a great job every time and make you feel comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough. It's also super easy to book or reschedule appointments online or over the phone. Waxing the City is always very clean as well. The prices are also very reasonable for waxing.
