My technician was amazing, and gave such a professional experience - for someone that shared she very recently graduated, she truly brought a grace and polish to the whole experience beyond her years and took joy in her job. The conversation was nicely balanced between taking me thru the technical side of the service AND keeping light topics going that helped keep me distracted from the inevitable ouch of a first time full leg wax. I had a really bad experience else where and I came here super nervous because of it, but Sarah was awesome! Very little pain, super professional and did a stellar job. Definitely going back.
