Kiara and Chandra have both provided excellent service. The wax specialists are especially compassionate and communicate well before, during, and after service. Chandra especially makes the experience as painless as possible by reminding to breathe before taking off a section, and immediately applying pressure to the area afterwards. Staffs very friendly and professional.
After my wax I completely broke out and that has never happened to me before. I have been to your studio once before and that did not happen. It looks terrible. I called three times to talk to someone and wasn’t able to reach anyone and so far my voicemail hasn’t been returned. So not only is my face breaking out but I’m not having the best customer service experience either. Very disappointed.
Chandra did an amazing job and is so polite and makes you feel right at home.
Had an allergic reaction to the brow tint 24 hours after service for brow lamination and wax. Called the facility and the person who picked up the phone didn’t know what to tell me to do. I’ve worked in the medical field so I knew that I had to get urgent care and get steroids to combat the swelling but I would think that the salon would have some basic instructions for this type of thing.
