Always go here and usually get good service, nothing crazy, but today I saw Shelby and she was AMAZING. You can tell she enjoys her job and does great at it too. If you're hesitant to go here for any reason or had a bad experience, I suggest seeing Shelby and you'll forget that you ever doubted this place!

I started going to Waxing the City Eagan about three years ago and will never go anywhere else. My results are always perfect, and my skin doesn't react to the wax they use at all. The staff is always friendly/comforting, and the place is very clean. Highly recommended!

If I could go negative I would. The worst experience ever. Went in for a wax left with a splotchy red face, then had the splotchy face for 3 days in the areas she pulled 4 - 5 times. Then I wound up with in grown hairs which I have never had after any wax! Even the ones at my nail salon. Will never go back or recommend this company!
They do a great job of usually getting me in same day for my waxes!
I love going there! It has such a welcoming and calm atmosphere. I always feel valued and Hannah is the BEST!! Always makes me feel and look great everytime I leave :)
The team at WTC, are AMAZING! So friendly and professional. I recently moved to the area and was worried that I wouldn’t find a place as warm and welcoming as my previous favorite spa. They all exceeded my expectations!!
