Joanna was prepared when I arrived. She was quick & thorough. The space was clean and comfortable.
You shouldn't cancel a person's appt several minutes before and offer to reschedule. You didn't just get a migraine. Then, not even respond or pickup the phone out of fear or embarrassment. I drove all the way from Fairfield, was 10min early sitting in the parking lot for my 1pm appt. Unbelievable! You lack professionalism and integrity! I'll never reschedule with you. Other great salons in Benicia.
