I’ve been going to The Waxing Boutique for 17 years for bikini waxing. I’ve seen a couple other estheticians during that time, but Melissa is the best by far! She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and products and makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. She’s very professional while also being warm and down-to-earth. Olivia is just as amazing. I had a dermaplaning service done by Olivia and was very impressed! My next wax is scheduled with Olivia and I am very confident in her expertise .

I came for a wax a few months ago but since I’ve had a new waxer I’ve come to realize I did not have a good experience. I had my first waxing here and it was not pleasant. After the first 2 maybe 3 strips I flinched quite a bit since I’ve never experienced that kind of pain from a nether regions wax. She immediately said that we’ll do a bikini wax instead of a brazilian. I felt incredibly disappointed and discouraged thinking that it was my own fault. I wasn’t even asked but told.
