I didn't know what a facial entailed before my appointment with Tonique. She explained everything and put me at ease. It was an incredible experience and I felt utterly refreshed after. I will be back!!

So I came here today for my regular waxing session and the esthetician did and amazing job, however the front desk lady had the audacity to tell me I had a previous balance because I had cancelled my appointment one time when I was sick. Mind you I called that day and rescheduled and no one mentioned there will be a fee. I find this outrageous especially because I am a regular at this place!!!
