I had a terrible experience here. I am physically very uncomfortable and personally upset. I was very clear at the beginning of my appointment, using my words three times, and my hands twice, to explain exactly what I wanted, and exactly what I didn't want. I was waxed exactly as I DIDN'T want. "I'll just do this..." and the staff person just did exactly what I said I didn't want, while I was vulnerable, and it was too late to stop her. It’s an Indigenous-owned, woman-run business that is genuinely inclusive and welcoming to 2-Spirited and LGBTQ+ clients.
