Terrible communication! Canceled on me right before appointment and never rescheduled me or responded. Then when I gave a bad review on Yelp she lied and said my appointment was with someone else at her business and they had a death in the family. It was with Jessica! I have proof! I should have known since she ignored phone calls, text and messages on all her social media to get the appointment in the first place (she had her square up turned off) I don’t deny she is good but she isn’t worth the trouble. Incredibly rude!

RecommendedJessica is the BEST , I’m extremely sensitive and never had a problem , complaint , not even redness w/ her . I’ve had a sugar wax and it was horrible I will gladly drive 1 hr to Jess
