The environment is super welcoming, clean, and relaxing—but what really makes it special is Jo, who does my service. She is such an angel , so sweet and kind ☺️. She makes me feel so comfortable, explains everything, and is just genuinely kind and professional. If you’re thinking about waxing, especially for the first time, I 100% recommend this place. They make you feel confident and taken care of every step of the way!

There’s no other waxer in Laredo that will make you feel as comfortable, confident, and safe as Jo. She is attentive to detail, is great at what she does, and most importantly never makes you feel embarrassed or shameful. So happy I found Wax Centric!!
