I had an excellent experience buying for the first time ever from Waxahachie for with Derek Sanchez! Explained everything righteous throughout the process, took into consideration my wants and needs and found me the perfect car!
The service department really dropped the ball when I took my truck in for a recall and an oil change. There was little to no communication or explanation for some of things they found. They brought my truck back to me and come to find out they never did my oil change but in their system is showed that they did. If I wouldn’t have caught it and something would’ve happened to my truck involving that it would all be on me. I WILL NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE OR USE THEM FOR SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE!!!
Courtney Odom literally SAVED MY DAY! While on my way Waco to attend my Sissy’s doctoral commencement; I had a full blowout and panicked. I slowly drove to the Waxahachie Autoplex where Ms. Odom immediately assisted with finding someone to plug my tire in an expeditious fashion. Courtney was amazing! The service manager…(I can’t remember his name, but he was awesome as well!!!) THANK YOU!!!
