The only reason why I brought it to Waxahachie Nissan was so the mechanic could pair a new key to the vehicles system. When I picked up the vehicle it was in worse condition compared to when it was brought in. The front grill was missing, there was old mountain dew bottles, rags were caught up in the engine and the alternator was not installed properly. I have gotten my Nissan repaired at this location in April of 2022 . They told me I have a 3 year warranty on my catalytic converter I paid $2400 in total for all the repairs. Converter went bad 20k mile later now they cant find my warranty info and just keep saying its ***** miles on all Nissan parts day after day after day trying to communicate via email text and phone call cant get a hold to one single manager to respond back . Poor Customer Service!! Upon arrival to p/u my car Stacy (service advisor) told me to hold on a sec. Steve (service mgr) approached the car and started by saying that if I thought the service that was done was to be free or complimentary? I told Steve is that how you introduce yourself? I then explained to Steve that I was not aware of these charges for calibrating my cameras to my windshield prior to dropping it off. If I could leave zero stars I would. This dealership has caused nothing but problems. I've spoken to Jay and Steve in the customer service center and they have yet to give an explanation as to why I've brought my Nissan to them more than twice to fix a sensor for my check engine light. They're customer service is as bad as they're work. I don't know what dealership let's you schedule an appointment to call and still say to you " we have other appointments and you'll have to drop your car off until we get to it!" This customer came in 1 time for a check engine light inspection and had an evaporative code. The code was in the past and we performed all the system tests and all systems checked ok. We did not charge for the diagnostics as we did not find a problem at this time. The system was reset and we let him know everything was good at this time. He called back in and stated that his check engine light was back on ( almost a couple of weeks later).
