NEVER AGAIN! First time here, went with 5 women and was charged for 6. Had reservations, for all five of us, yet they took a walk- in, leaving one of our scheduled people waiting 40 minutes for their massage. Which delayed the rest of our evening together. When asking for the refund, since they were about to close, they told us to bring our receipts the next day for the refund, now ruining our next day, having to return to the spa.
