I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. My vehicle was at the dealership for three months for a major engine repair. (A 2023 Jeep!) While I understand that warranty claims and parts availability can sometimes cause delays, the lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. Dalton Hay, a professional that will work with you to get a good deal. Very personable, a great experience.
I called yesterday to set up a service for a recall. Explained I would be waiting. They looked up recall told me it could be several hours which I was prepared to wait for. Get there today for my appointment to be told they can't do it. Why not tell me this on the phone. Normally service has been great here, but after this I don't see me coming back to this location again.
