I am not in a rental, nor have I been accommodated. This place is a mess and they blame it on being understaffed. The employees they do have are RUDE (i.e., Morgan). They never provide you with updates unless YOU call. When you do call, they only transfer you to voicemail machines and voicemails never get returned.
