Omg I loved this place. Let’s start with how clean and serene it was even parking was easy. When you walk inside, it’s calm, spotless, and welcoming. I’m visiting the area and needed a place last minute, and normally I’m suspicious of any spot with straight 5 stars… but after going in, I see exactly why they earned it. My first visit to Wax Therapy in Columbia was amazing! I was really nervous because it was my first time, but LeAnn immediately made me feel comfortable and walked me through the entire process. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. She truly knows what she’s doing and makes the experience so much easier. I can’t imagine not keeping up with this now. If you’re going anywhere else in the Columbia area to get any kind of wax, let me tell you you’re doing it wrong! LeAnn is not only a wonderful human, but the most professional, caring, calming, and efficient esthetician I’ve ever received services from. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now and I simply can’t imagine going anywhere else.
