My service was actually more pleasant than excepted. I have sensitive skin which I told to the person who did my service. She took care of me nicely and supported me emotionally during the painful moments. She was professional and kind. The place might look bit shabby if you are expecting it look like an upscale salon. I had such a great experience at this salon! I got a facial and absolutely loved it—my skin feels so much softer and smoother now. The entire treatment was relaxing, and the massage was a really nice touch. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I am very surprised by the reviews for wax me/Gleam and Glow. I recently visited the Hillside location and my experience was horrible. First red flag there was trash and flies at the entrance, the person doing the facial was not organized and all over the place. The environment was filthy and the tools such as the towels used for the facial was not clean they smelled. After the facial my face was sooo dry you couldn't tell that I just got a facial this was a horrible, horrible experience. I would not recommend this place.

I had the opportunity to meet with Ana about a year ago and have been coming back ever since! Not only is she professional, and gentle but she is also well-educated about self-care post your wax treatment. She takes the time to educate you properly and truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend!
