My service was actually more pleasant than excepted. I have sensitive skin which I told to the person who did my service. She took care of me nicely and supported me emotionally during the painful moments. She was professional and kind. The place might look bit shabby if you are expecting it look like an upscale salon. I went in on a Friday afternoon to get my eyebrows and lip threaded. Before then, I was growing out my eyebrows and trying to shape them on my own. I needed a restart and I’m so glad I took a chance there! The woman who provided the service was lovely and immediately welcomed me. I come here regularly, and my experience at Gleam and Glow Studio is always exceptional. The environment is clean, relaxing, and the staff is very professional. The Brazilian Wax is precise and nearly painless. I visit regularly, and I highly recommend you all come too!

My best friend & I each had the 60min facial. We called the same day to book the services and we were accommodated same day. The environment is clean, the music was relaxing, and the facial was gentle. We will surely be coming back!
