I had such a great experience at this salon! I got a facial and absolutely loved it—my skin feels so much softer and smoother now. The entire treatment was relaxing, and the massage was a really nice touch. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I am very surprised by the reviews for wax me/Gleam and Glow. I recently visited the Hillside location and my experience was horrible. First red flag there was trash and flies at the entrance, the person doing the facial was not organized and all over the place. The environment was filthy and the tools such as the towels used for the facial was not clean they smelled. After the facial my face was sooo dry you couldn't tell that I just got a facial this was a horrible, horrible experience. I would not recommend this place.

Omg! This place is beyond amazing. The owner Sham is super sweet and so professional. She really cares about your experience. Both my husband and I get waxed here and Sham never disappoints. The wax she use is amazing, painless and then she finishes off with tea tree oil and aloe. Most importantly, Sham doesn’t double dip. She used sterile and hygienic technic. Sham has 2 forever clients! Thx ☺️

I always come to gleam and for Brazilian wax, they are clean, fast and painless wax, recently i had hyrafacial, my skin glow right away. I highly recommend this place to everyone, best spa in Jamaica Queens.
