Gisela is super nice and makes you feel safe and welcome. She's also communicative and reassuring (Greatly appreciated if you're newer to waxing like myself). The atmosphere is so pink and fun and definitely a great way to do some girly self-care. 10/10 recommend. Heads-up if it's your first time, the suite is not visible from the parking lot. It's one of the street facing suites, just follow the pink and you'll find it!
