she is the absolute best! shes very funny and friendly she make sure you're comfortable and satisfied she does her job in a timely manner and make sure her clients leave feelin the absolute best. i recommend her, dont walk RUN!
I will not spread eagles for a wax from anyone else! The environment is calming. Jacoya is patient, fast, and efficient. Before you know it the session is over. The results are always great. She just added facials as a service so that’s a plus!!!
I absolutely loved my wax! She was already at her shop and ready when I arrived early, paged me in and help reassure me that my wax would be painful, but manageable. To make me more comfortable she gave me a pillow to lay my head on and a fan to cool the wax and my nerves. Overall I love my results and experience from Wax in the City!
Jacoya was not only welcoming but super professional & gave great instructions for aftercare, will definitely be back!
