I was very nervous going to get a Brazilian Wax and right when I came in the door they made me comfortable! Nina did a excellent job at making sure I was comfortable during my whole experience! I even rescheduled before I left! ❤️
they canceled my appointment by text without calling and letting me know why. when I called to find out,they were very rude and tried to argue and say they called but they never did. I've given them $100s of dollars and was a very loyal customer. I will NEVER be back.
