I had a disappointing experience with Tashauna at Wax Co. After my eyebrow and upper lip wax, there was no basic clean-up done—no proper removal of hair, and no soothing cream applied. I even had to ask, which she ignored and so I asked for a cotton swab to clean my face myself. For a $40 service, this level of care is simply not acceptable. Basic hygiene and post-wax care should be standard, not something a client has to request. Would not recommend based on this experience.

This place is absolutely the best! All staff are very kind and helpful. Kelsey, Achante, and Tashauna are very efficient and professional. Having the membership always provides a good saving on the services. They offer a variety of services - all great!
