If it was possible to give a negative review I would. Found auto insurance elsewhere for half the price. Rudest customer service reps I've ever spoken with. So to talk it up in my opinion they are rude scam artists.
Like everyone else here complaining here, cancelled my insurance with with a 20 working day notice, they still dragged their feet! and didn't cancel my policy until 5 days before the money was set to come out, now they have my money and won't give it back for 30 days. great customer service!! thanks for the NSF's charges!
Absolutely horrible insurance company ever..,I canceled my insurance and there still taking money out my bank account. I was with them almost 8 years and last year they increase my monthly fees $ 100 to $200 . Don't go there Don't waste you time and money. Customers service very bad they don't know how to talk to the people. I never see people like that.
