Hands down some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I was running into a total headache trying to get my 2005 Honda covered, but Jen personally stepped in and walked me through a real solution to get the car right back on my policy. I've been a costumer since 2021 I got two vehicles full coverage with wawanesa but my last two six month renewals were bad I got no accidents no tickets clean record and my last two renewals were 400 dollars more and 457 dollars more on last one a total of 857 dollars increased in this year ridiculous and there lame excuse is that there's more accidents in California.. what do I have to do with that that's not my problem 857 dollars more a year that sounds more like a scam they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE LONG EXISTIN... read more
Worst experience ever, your senior representative Francisco RayCasa was very rude to my wife, and even made a racial comment, I submitted my comments on your survey and no one responded, looking to cancel my policy when expired, we have been customers for over 20 years, I hope someone reads my comments.
