This company denied my claim even with an eye witness who reported their driver came into my land and hit me. They said I somehow struck their driver with the side of my car while moving forward into their driver’s front fender. Defies the laws of physics!
Trying to get a quote for my upcoming renewal and I cannot get ahold of anyone whatsoever. I’ve called, emailed, requested a callback and waited, but nothing for over a week. I was referred by a colleague as I’m in the auto industry and definitely won’t be referring to anyone due to the customer service.
Jason Saunders and Jessica Cook are by far the worst Wawanesa employees I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Jessica lies about not receiving voicemails that I've left her and she can't be bothered to do her job and update me on my claim. Her supervisor Jason is equally unhelpful. He promises to follow up and lets a whole week go by without doing so and when he does follow up, it’s only to unnecessarily further delay the situation.
