I do not recommend this insurance company at all , it’s just waisting your money. We had worst customer service experience with this car insurance company! All they do is lies . Had a car accident , the inspector didn’t show up to check the other car. They don’t take or care about their own customers . You better pay little more and get a car insurance and feel safe and protected from your own insurance. Please think about it, I don’t recommend anyone to have this car insurance company. Worst company.
Never fails that they try to severely increase the monthly premiums at each 6 month period. They increased 29% this time around. Insurance companies are a scam.
We have claims pending from 1 year ago that are still under investigation. We have been informed that based on an investigation we caused the damages to a hit and run. We are been harassed , a hell experience honestly. They contracted attorneys to conduct an extensive ridiculous investigation and they keep asking for documents already provided to wawanesa.
