UPDATE: W Insurance, your reply says you "reviewed my claim thoroughly." You clearly didn't. On the day of the accident, the street was blocked off. Police and an ambulance were there, and a vehicle was on its side. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with your claims person, and a tow wasn't offered until at least 40 minutes into the call, so I used the tow truck already on scene. My insurance has gone up to almost double, even though I changed my policy to liability only for my 2005 f-150 and 2016 Altima. Also increased my deductible to 2k Almost $2,000 a year. I went with GEICO and saved $800.00. 10 year customer GONE!
I strongly do not recommend! Look elsewhere
You get in one accident and they kick you off of their insurance, horrible company.
One step shy of a shell company. I had no idea I was paying full California insurance premiums for a claims operation where everyone apparently works from home and there isn’t even an office I can walk into when nobody answers the phone. Be prepared to handle your own claim.
