The customer service representatives are very polite, professional and always answer your questions, especially to get you the best coverage. Wawanesa also offer numerous discounts as well, especially if you have a good DMV record with no accidents, DUI or traffic violations, Mature drivers discount of 25% you get a VIP low rate coverage quote. I can only say great things about my wawanesa Agent Ms.Shawna Delhotal I had bad auto experiences with the top big three Insurance companies in the past. Ms Delhotal was wonderful and took care of everthing in one hour flat. I love Wawanesa and can't say enough good things about Ms Delhotal. I wish I had found wawanesa car insurance 25 years ago first.
Absolutely horrible! Been with this company for six years never had an accident with six different vehicle vehicles insured, The moment I’m in an accident, which by the way was a nut at fault accident, They spent three weeks just trying to figure out how not To ensure me rather than just reaching out to the other guilty parties insurance and getting my claim figured out. For the slightly lower price, there is a significant lack of claim processing in CUSTOMER SERVICE Week four still nothing done with the claim!!
Ridiculous not doing an alignment after an unseen hit that appears to have shifted the seams. Adjuster Anthony Wagner, supervisor Azita Tomaino not willing to honor an alignment , even after ive sent a photo showing this seam looking shifted. Intake photos from dealership did not show one picture from directly behind so it could have been visible to the insurance company as well if they had of.
