Haven’t had this insurance in years but I found documents from when I did and I just had to come back and write a review. I was told this was cheap and good insurance but trust me when I say they won’t help you! If anything, they will work against you. I remember getting pushed into another car when I was in an accident. The accident wasn’t even my fault. The other insurance accepted liability and they still worked against me. Wawanesa’s handling of my policy is beyond frustrating, it was flat out unacceptable! On 01/30/26 I called to notify them there was an error on my Motor Vehicle Record that I was not aware and was in the process of correcting it and there was a possibility it might not be corrected before the policy expired on 02/15/26. The mistake was not mine, but rather the court’s for giving me incorrect information on handling a traffic violation. Awful insurance company. Had $15,000 worth of items in my vehicle when it was in an accident it was stolen from the tow yard where Wawanesa sent it. Wawanesa did nothing about it but sweep it under the rug. Awful company!!!! Left for a much better insurance company now…
Nakisha is extremely slow. Lies about calling their insured. other party to accident was like nope never received a call from them i was wondering why.
