My female friend visited this place yesterday and came away distraught. She loved this place but her last experience was not great. She didn't want to write a review, but with her permission, I am writing this, because I think this business deserves to know how they are perceived when they fall short of expectations. Seemed okay at first, came out with one of the worst haircuts i’ve ever had. I booked an online appointment for a men’s cut. I initially said I wanted a trim or just a shape up but she seemed confused so I had a couple inspo pictures that I show all my hair stylists. My hair was just an outgrown version of what I wanted. Rushed (spent around or less than 20 minutes cutting my hair) and didn’t seem to care about what I wanted. Noreen did amazing work on my hair. I left feeling incredible. This is my experience each time Noreen has done my hair in the past. This visit, she did Magic Sleek, color with glaze and I couldn’t be happier! She also did a beautiful cut on my 16 year old daughter. If you want a fresh new look or just want to have a wonderful experience and come out looking phenomenal, go see Noreen!
Really unhappy with my experience today. Stylist was late 15-20 mins although the rest of the staff was very nice. The stylist didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. I showed an inspo picture but the stylist never asked where i do my part if i was ok with anything as she started cutting my hair. Nothing. Didn’t speak to me at all. Cut way shorter than i asked didn’t do bangs like the inspiration and only blow dried my hair, didn’t style it, and said she was done.
