One of the best in Spokane
It saddens me to write this but I can no longer recommend Waves Studio. I had been going there for several years with excellent results, 5 stars. But when I wanted to change my hairstyle a few months ago the stylist refused to do what I requested even after I sent her 2 pictures which she ignored.
