I have never felt so unwelcome at a place that is supposed to promote health and wellbeing. After going thru a very personal loss last year, I was making an effort to attend the gym for my mental health despite struggling with anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, instead of support or even basic courtesy, I was repeatedly met with rudeness from staff. My husband witnessed this on several occasions and even raised it, but nothing was done. Wouldn't open a lane for general swimming in outdoor pool despite my asking and kicked multiple people out of the pool because they weren't lapping, despite the majority of people being here just wanting to have a muck around with their kids. When my daughters decided to lap they got yelled at by a lifeguard for going too slow despite the fact their was no-one else in their lane and half the lanes had no one swimming in them at all. So basically paid but couldn't swim except in the baby pool. Waste of money. Won't be back.
