Overall good facilities but the shower rooms can be dirty. Center workers including lifeguards need some customer service training on how to engage the public. While they may have good intentions, their interactions with children and adults are rude and at times condescending. Rules are applied inconsistently.
The facilities are quite new. Love the free lockers, hot showers, lap pool options, and staff/lifeguards doing rounds, on constant watchout. Pay a bit more for access to sauna, steam room & spa. Spa is quite nice, one side esp. has strong jets, other side is more gentle. Parking can be hard to find during peak hours on weekends, but you can just find street parking in nearby residential streets. Program pool is good to use as it is accessible and there is also a hoist for wheelchair transfers. The pool has been updated and the cafeteria area is great. Although the prices are quite high for food items. Some more accessible pool wheelchair would be good.
