Edit: Unhelpful customer service - For weeks, staff insisted we use our card rather than the manual gate to enter swim class. Today, when we finally brought the card, the automated gate failed. Instead of assisting, the staff reprimanded us for "tapping too many times." A clear failure of both customer service and technology. Previous review: 5 stars My 8 year old absolutely loves WAVES! Awesome facility with great staff & friendly service. Will be back for more.
Great pool and facilities. I wish I lived closer. 😃
Diverce in its offerings. Different pools for different ages and strengths with a gated splash park. Facilities are generous and clean. Cafe is well catered for everyone's needs. No outside food
