I was trying to use them - called three times and left messages for a return call to schedule but sadly she never called. I understand if you are so busy and can not take on new clients but at least be nice enough to return their calls. I have lived in this area for a long time and had see her shop and wanted to try a new location. Oh well my loss I guess

If I could give this salon a zero I would....I've tried over 6 times at different times of the day on different days and left multiple vm with my information but haven't once recieved a call back or even spoke to a person about an appointment. This isn't the only curly hair salon in the area yet I was willing to go with them for their rating but if this is how they treat potential clients then I don't need to be one of theirs.

Layza did an amazing job on my daughters hair. She was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back for more services.

Yo... Layza is straight up a goddess. She is absolutely so sweet, makes you feel so comfortable, she's funny,and absolutely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Layza,she transformed me from rats nest, to silky smooth(haha). She is now my permanent hair stylist, no one else is touching . She made me feel so special, and beautiful.
