We stopped in a few days ago while wandering around Surrey and ended up staying way longer than planned, just chatting over coffee. My husband said the flat white was one of the better ones he's had in a while, and I really enjoyed the avocado toast, which came out fast even though it looked busy. The staff behind the counter were friendly and checked on us a couple times without being pushy about the table. Great service, good drinks. I didn't catch his name, but he had longer hair, a little heavy set, super solid guy.
Too rude qith us today 24 July me and my friend visit here around 8.54pm and there is still time left for closing 5 mint but when I ask for ice cream the men whose working here he was too rude with us.... he said I already washed the scoops I can't serve it .... we visit first time here even we live nearby.... you guys need to focus on it... be respectful with customers...

Great frappe and excellent customer service! Today morning there was only one barista Riki taking orders and making drinks, and she handled everything with patience and a genuine smile despite being busy. She listened patiently to me and my friends, even when we got a little confused while ordering, and never made us feel rushed. The smile she gave as she wished us a good day truly made our visit even better. We'll definitely be back!
