Too rude qith us today 24 July me and my friend visit here around 8.54pm and there is still time left for closing 5 mint but when I ask for ice cream the men whose working here he was too rude with us.... he said I already washed the scoops I can't serve it .... we visit first time here even we live nearby.... you guys need to focus on it... be respectful with customers...

Great frappe and excellent customer service! Today morning there was only one barista Riki taking orders and making drinks, and she handled everything with patience and a genuine smile despite being busy. She listened patiently to me and my friends, even when we got a little confused while ordering, and never made us feel rushed. The smile she gave as she wished us a good day truly made our visit even better. We'll definitely be back!
About a decade ago, this was once a great spot to have a drink. Then something happened and the owner hired very bad workers, allowed his furniture to stay torn and the homeless to use it. The lady that works in the mornings there is pathetic. Cannot make a drink to save her life. Nothing special, just what's on the menu. Argues when you tell her a Venezuelan Latte has cocoa or cinamon powder topped off at the end. You buy expensive drinks and they hire people unable and incapable of making them.
