Horrible experience! I purchased the extreme wash and my truck was still dirty and the brushes cracked my grill. Matt the attendees wrote a damage report and took pictures then told me the manager would be in touch. The next morning I retured and spoke with ADAM Kor gold the owner who refused to take responsibility. Stay far away from this place!!! Jim

In general I have positive experience with this wash. I took my Acura for Extreme wash this morning, a bit disappointed with service. The Attendant did not soak rear windshield and bumper with soap water before car enters wash run as they would usually do, especially with the car being quite dirty and muddy. I have had the yearly pass since Aug 2013. During pollen season, I was there good 5 times a week (black SHO). The staff is extremely friendly from Adam down to the staff that towel dry your car! I have never had a bad experience since I started going there. Yes, due to the volume of detailing, it can sometimes be a pain to try and schedule a detail. Came to get a vacuum and interior cleaned I was told I needed an appointment. All other services say by appointment. The manager was very short and not friendly. When I wanted to speak to someone else he told me he was the only person I could speak to. I drive all the way there because it was not specified on the signs like the other services to schedule an appointment. The customer service is horrible. For the prices they charge is rather spend my money somewhere else and get treated with respect as a paying customer.
I have been using Waves car wash for over a year. I buy the monthly pass and seriously have my car washed at least once a week. I enjoy the service and even recently had my car detailed and they did a great job.
