Management is awful and beyond rude. Mind if they will retaliate. Basement floods. Neighbors harass me in the hallway. Kids break into cars. Saw a mouse outside. Your amenities are most of the time not open or available for use. I have all the emails with all the dates of all the closings of the pool and the basketball court in the 5 years that I've lived here. DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME HERE. Awful living conditions. If you had a problem living at Waverly woods in Webster New York or any of the corresponding Morgan properties I would love to hear what happened in your living experience. This was mine: Basement has been flooding for 5 years. We have put in numerous requests for it to be fixed and they just simply try to hide the problem rather than fix it and it continues to leak all of our stuff is gotten ruined and they won't offer us a new storage space in the basement.
