Ms Hair and her nurse are amazing. I have seen them about 3 times in about 2 years and they are professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The front desk takes a long time to pick up the phone, may be a volume of patients they see but other than that, I recommend this clinic.

My doctor is amazing but the front line response team does not reflect that. I have an upcoming appointment they last minute switched times AND doctors on and only texted me about it instead of calling. I have been calling non stop and receive no answers. This has been an ongoing issue in the past too. They do NOT answer calls, I have been calling the number provided on the website and text reminders and there patient portal.
They never answer the phone
