I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Heer’s behavior was incredibly rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. She made me feel foolish for asking questions and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without interrupting. It’s surprising that she doesn’t have any compassion working with pregnant and emotional patients. I let her know how rude she was and that there’s a certain way to talk to people. Absolutely love this place! The front staff (Tracey and the ladies), Lasheeda the medical assistant, and Alison Moore, APRN, DNP have been fantastic! You will walk into place looking forward to seeing these ladies! Alison and Lasheeda were very empathetic and encouraging, not dismissive at all. Alison is the cheerleader every woman needs, navigating the complexities of middle age. You walk out of there feeling like you've got hope and you can face anything.
Ms Hair and her nurse are amazing. I have seen them about 3 times in about 2 years and they are professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The front desk takes a long time to pick up the phone, may be a volume of patients they see but other than that, I recommend this clinic.
