My daughter is currently a patient here as I am as well. Dr. Heer delivered my child in 2006 and I thought it would be great for her first pregnancy. Well, let’s just say the experience has been not so great. They are friendly and kind but, they don’t listen to you when you are in distress! You call the nurses line they say go the ER. As usual the only star - ME…. They were so slow in between seeing me at my visit . Why schedule a meeting when you have a client????? I am completely frustrated with this office. I got an IUD a few months after delivering my baby. I was supposed to schedule a six week follow up appointment and I called the office more than 10 times (no exaggeration) leaving a voicemail each time. I have never been called back to schedule an appointment and regardless of the amount of voicemails I leave, I cannot get through to a single person.
