Love this place and all the lovely people I've met that work there! Kristen is the best!
Alexys simultaneously gave me the best gel manicure I've ever had and the worst haircut. She did my nails, deep conditioning treatment, and haircut in less than 1.5 hours. My hair looks nothing like the picture I showed her and she did the exact opposite of all my requests. My hair is at least 3-4 inches shorter than what I wanted, layers are choppy, and the face frame she gave (which I made clear I did not want) is also choppy and does not lay nicely. Karen is awesome. Her reflexology and plantar fascia add ons are the best and really do help anyone.
