I had a showing scheduled for 3pm. No one showed up, they emailed me asking to move it to 5:30 saying they “forgot” to let me know they wouldn’t be available, even though they asked me to confirm earlier in the day. I requested someone meet me at the scheduled time after I showed up, considering I had just paid for a cab from the upper east side. No response via email, no one picked up the office phone. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
