Definitely would not recommend unless you planned to take care of everything yourself. They don't ever answer the phone nor return phones calls. I haven't been there a whole year and they've already had two different property mangers in which both tried to seem to be helpful but really never was. The secretary lady literally will say anything because she doesn't know anything! I've been shorted on money from money orders making it seem as if I owe them money and month by month it increases because they won't correct it. Sinc... read more

We have had mulptile break ins on the property and management does nothing about it. They request reports and for us to keep a look out but just sit on the information instead of handling it. All they have done is ask the police to be more present here. They also they do not complete work orders. They pawn it off as COVID, short staffing, or cosmetic issues not actual ones, even though maintaining the property is on their part of their contract when we sign leases. Called the front office for a maintenance request and they did not answer for over two weeks (I called five times and left a voicemail each time). I had to pretend to be someone wanting to rent an apartment to get a hold of anybody.
