Dr. Martin is very nice, however the staff do a very poor job of scheduling and getting back with patients. I was kept waiting for over an hour past my appointment time before the doctor came in. The doctor was shocked I had been scheduled that way, and she was further shocked to see me (the staff had not given her my name as I had requested). She instructed the nurses to make a referral and call me back a few hours later, which they still haven't done a few DAYS later. Furthermore, the staff watched soap operas while I was ... read more
