THE OWNERS LIVE IN SAUDI ARABIA and are slumlords - if you don’t want your money to leave the state let alone the country don’t rent from them. I waited a whole year to post this out of fear of retaliation and them lying to future apartments I apply for but now that I have other rental history under my belt since them I will spill. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Myself and my wife moved out of state to Oklahoma. We paid a deposit, rent, and water. Mary, the property manager said to be there before 3pm to do a full walkthrough and go over any other info on the unit. My wife, myself, and our family drive 5 hours to Oklahoma to be there before 3pm (we got there at ~2:20pm) We meet Mary, who shows us in the apartment (first time seeing it as we moved from out of state).. Upon walk in, the apartment WREAKS of pungent dog urine, has mold growing in the tiled floor, in... read more
