Current resident and have lived here 7 years. Up until the last year I’ve nothing but amazing to speak of. Quiet, small, maintenance is amazing, office staff beyond wonderful. I feel if you are thinking of this place you also need to be aware of negative aspects to make informed decision if this is place for you. I have gone to management twice on this matter. THE OWNERS LIVE IN SAUDI ARABIA and are slumlords - if you don’t want your money to leave the state let alone the country don’t rent from them. I waited a whole year to post this out of fear of retaliation and them lying to future apartments I apply for but now that I have other rental history under my belt since them I will spill.
