We ordered what was suppose to be white roses with with lavender for a funeral and what was actually sent was not anywhere close to what it was suppose to be. We live in Texas and ordered through the link posted with the funeral home and received a picture of the bouquet from my mother who was very surprised when I told her how much we had actually paid for the arrangement.
