As always 110% customer service and excellent arrangements. I have ordered from Waverly Floral for several years and they never disappoint. Highly recommend them for any event you may have.. almost exactly like the pictures I sent them…
I ordered flowers for an employee and when they didn't get delivered I was told they ran out of those flowers, but would deliver them the next day. The next day came and, not only were they not delivered, my order was cancelled and card refunded without any notice from the florist.
Always do great job! Always on time!
They canceled my order at 3:00 to be delivered that day. How about a compromise? Maybe offer to deliver next day? Can't do a lot to get delivered any sooner by someone else. Order was placed online before store opened. No communication other than email. What is the point of giving phone number? Communication 0 stars.
