Only had good experiences with waverly
Terrible management, if you need anything fixed they just show up opposed to giving to a set time/date. Sometimes you don’t get calls back for 6 months. It’s affordable living and decent apartments— if someone has passed in your apt they also don’t tell you. That is something we found out from the past tenants. Overall not very helpful. One week they will answer and then others not all. LLC? they keep the ice from snow on your patio and don’t salt so I think that’s asking for a liability.
One of the best companies they actually care !!!!!!
