Always professional and caring.
Dr. Burke and the entire Waverly team worked tirelessly to save my ferret Vlad. We went to an emergency vet in Illinois, university of Illinois trying to figure out the problem and save my ferret for almost a month. Finally a CT discovered the problem and Dr. Burke and support staff cleared their schedule to perform emergency surgery the same day that solved the problem and saved my ferret Vlad. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a solid ferret vet!
I was there with my cat March 6, 2025 for multiple vaccines and then followed up March 27, 2025 for boosters. The vet that I saw for his shots was a younger woman with dark hair, it looks like she was fired or quit because I can’t find her on the website anymore. One of the vaccines, she put the needle in then we realized his fur was all wet around his hip and that it actually didn’t go in so she had to go get another shot and try again.
