Have a nice looking pet but... They are very good when it comes to washing and grooming but not always very good at being careful. I took my toy poodle here and they cut her with the clippers. She had to get stitches and all they could offer was one free cut.

Don't take your pets here I had my dog at their kennel for an extended weekend because my regular kennel was full. I brought in a brand new bottle of my dog's meds and told them what to give and when. When I came to pick up my dog, the medicine bottle hadn't even been opened. She went almost a week without her meds. I could not believe it. When I talked to the manager about the issue, the manager pretty much blew it off. How can an "animal hospital" forget to give a dog in their care medication? I'll never go back there agai... read more

Unfriendly Atmosphere. I took my dog to Waverly for Vaccines. The woman at the front desk took my appointment down for a different day and then wasn't at all apologetic. I then had to wait for 45minutes for an available spot. Then when she said they were ready for me she called by dog by the wrong name. It made me feel like the hospital was not very personal since I've been going there for quite some time now. I will be going to another hospital where the people are friendly and not so discombobulated.

Waverly Animal Hospital is horrible I will NEVER EVER use Waverly Animal Hospital again. My dog was terrified, smelled of urine and was starved when he got home. The staff were not pleasant to the customers and appeared 'uncomfortable' with the pets, which seems strange considering the field they work in.

cat boarding I board a very old (late teens) cat at Waverly Animal Hospital on a regular basis and am very pleased with the extra care he receives there. On extended boarding, they let him out of his cage to wander around one of there rooms for exercise so he doesn't get stiff. They also keep a good eye on if he is eating and drinking appropriately.
