Love the apartments! Clean and peaceful environment! They have apartments ready to move in. I had a great experience during my apartment tour. The property was nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the apartment looked just like what I was hoping for. The leasing staff was very friendly, helpful, and made the application process easy. Stopped in to view the property... ms Paula was so helpful and took so much stress away got me in and out and took care all my need I felt so much relief and not only that moved me in in less then 2 weeks...
Slum Lords with non existent maintenance! Worst place I've ever lived! Do not rent here for your own sanity. I've been here 4 months and have 10 maintenance tickets in ... No one cares! Garbage disposal won't turn on Can't connect the washer because the water lines are jacked up Floor has soft spots where I'm waiting to fall through one day. Plumbing backs up and kitchen sink doesn't drain Non working smoke detectors All you hear is cry baby BS about how they can't keep a maintenance person on staff.
The Property Manager, Paula, was integral in my decision-making as Paula is, simply put, phenomenal. She has a work ethic rarely seen and often egregiously undercompensated. I had many, many questions as I am coming from a slumlord so I wanted to be certain on every issue. I was choosing between two properties and the reason I chose The Waverly St. Louis was Paula.
