I’ve lived here for a year and have personally had only positive interactions with Robin and Allison. Robin has always been very patient and understanding with me whenever I ask questions or voice any concerns. The area is fairly quiet during the weekdays. Units have dishwashers, which at the affordable price is hard to find at some apartments. And there is paid off-street parking. I’ve lived here for nearly three years and cannot believe how Robin in the leasing office gets away with treating the residents. She’s been both rude and vindictive. I’m not sure if it’s my age but she has been very difficult to deal with and has not communicated with me in a respectful manor. Sidewalk chalk on my leased balcony is not against the rules stated in the lease agreement nor is it the same as “graffiti on the side of the building”.

Talked on the phone with some lady that works there. Extremely rude. Probably going to speak to her manager.

Waverly was my first apartment living out on my own and it was a perfect fit! I had a one bedroom and it met all my needs, only room for improvement would be a bigger kitchen! The bedroom and living/dining area were very spacious and more than met my needs. Never had any maintenance issues but will say in the winter the snow removal and salting of the area was always prompt and never impacted me negatively. Definitely had a great year here! I have been living here for almost 2 years now. Great place to stay. I have 1 bed apt and its very spacious. Management is quick enough to take care of stuff when needed. Leasing lady, Robin, is very friendly and helpful. My only gripe, wish they could renovate the common hallways with fresh coat of paint and some air fresheners. Also, doesn't hurt to add few more washers and dryers in laundry room. Never had any issues living here. Overall pleasant stay !!
