Management wasn’t the best. Had many maintenance issues. Rude office manager. Black mold/mold which led my son to be diagnosed with a mold allergy & instead of addressing it they blamed us & spray painted over it.
The property manager Kathy is an absolute b****. Would never rent here. Anytime you step into the office she rolls her eyes and huffs as if you walk in as if you’re bothering her and an inconvenience. Will always ask who you are an act like she doesn’t know you even though you come in every month to drop off the rent check. Plus there was black mold that caused my child to be sick and I even mentioned the pediatrician told us he was starting to develop mold toxicity and she laughed in my face and told me I was dirty, and jus... read more
