i, janet hogan jan arrived at red river service on july 31st @6am. i was at the counter with her with most respect, to fill my paper work out, then the nurse called me back to get me ready for surgery. i didnt get everyone's name that prep me for surgery but they were very polite and respectful to me. i recommended red river surgery center to be the highest rating that you wanted to be to get the most wonderful care. the nurses explained and the anthesologist explained what he would be doing to help me with my surgery. what ... read more
The staff was great, the nurses were great, they explained everything to me. Kind, courteous, warm, friendly environment. My doctor was great along with the anesthesiologist. Recovery went well. Everyone tended to my needs. And the surgery facility is in a convenient place with parking underneath. A nurse even made a follow up phone call the day after my surgery to see how I was doing.
The staff is exceptionally professional and caring from reception through recovery. I highly recommend them.
Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist when we walked in the door to the nurse that wheeled my son out when we were ready to leave!
The staff are all great!! They seem to work together like a well oiled machine. Very professional!
