Dr Kate is thorough and gentle in her practice and has been treating mild torticollis in my son. Not only are the issues resolving, we’re working to improve the muscle tone in his back, which has enabled him to roll for the first time. A few weeks ago, this seemed a long way away. I highly recommend Kate, my son loves his treatments and as a bonus, he sleeps very well afterwards!

I had a fantastic experience with Andres for remedial massage and physio. From the start, he provided a thorough examination and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard and supported throughout the session. Andres explained everything clearly and developed a detailed treatment plan tailored to my needs.
